Talon Clear Primer is a low VOC solvent cement primer for cleaning, deglazing and softening ABS, PVC and CPVC pipe and fittings prior to application of appropriate cement. Talon Clear Primer is formulated with a blend of powerful solvents which makes it a fast acting primer that removes any glaze often found on plastic pipe and fittings and softens the plastic so that it will accept the appropriate plastic solvent cement much more readily.
